The Fashion Week in Western Country
Major cities in the world, has an annual
monthly Fashion Week. The first began is in New York, followed by London,
Milan, and the Paris fashion week for the finale. Fashion week held in February
and September of every year. It is generally lasting 7 to 9 days. It consists
of numerous branded events, including New York City Fashion week, London
fashion week, Milan fashion week, and Paris fashion week as well as numerous
independent fashion productions around town.
In the beginning, the fashion week only
supply to the international fashion collections are shown to buyers, and it was
just for business. Nowadays, they are trying to exploring ideas to organize the
fashion show, and it is not only for the company and customer but also as a
platform for those fashion designers to expose their masterpiece. Besides that,
they invited a lot of celebrities to attend their show to make it seems more
happening and get more attractions from people around. Celebrities and artist
were such as Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and also Asian artists. All the
press and the general public are also invited to attend the fashion show, this
is because they can publish the latest news about fashion to the readers. Fashion
week is always release the products of an early season. The purpose is to allow
customers to pre order the products and get all pre-information about the next
season.
New York fashion week
New York Fashion Week originated in 1943
and initiated by Elenor Lamber. New York fashion week is in the trend of
realism society. The clothing on display is simple and neat which is compare to
others fashion week. In 1980, Mercedes-Benz has sponsored, so call
Mercedes-Benz fashion week. The brands had been released in New York such as
Vera Wang, Diane von Furstenberg, and Anna Sui, and etc. In New York, the big
aim, even for the very conceptual shows like Alexander Wang, to make clothes
that everyone wants to buy and wear and make emblematic of which they are in
their actual, everyday lives.
London fashion week
London fashion week is the youngest
fashion week in the four major. In 1984, London jumped on the fashion train and
recently has been making a splash with its high-end couture. London Fashion
Week has not yet reached the commercial level of New York and is less likely to
follow fashion trends. London fashion week is renowned the alternative fashion
design and frequently corporation with artists such as Lady Gaga and Madonna.
London fashion week is full of experiments and adventure. It is an exhibition
of avant-garde ideas. The abstract ideas of the designers are always produce
and extravaganza products such as Dior, Alexander McQueen, Paul Smith, and
Stella McCartney. In London, part of what's happening on the runway is part of
this dream world — girls from space or girls from heaven. It's more about
creating these fantasies and seeing whether that can trickle down into real
life.
Milan fashion week
In the 70’s, Milan has emerged three designers
and their reputation
passed from generation to generation until now which is Giorgio Armani, Gianni
Versace, and Gianfranco Ferre. So Milan has become one of the world fashions’
centres. The message of London fashion week is sustainable and usable because
the design is fashion friendly. Most of the attires showcased in the fashion
week are artist favourite. It makes the attire looks more different while the
artist don on the attire in different occasion. It can be an event in shopping
centre, a concert, in daily life and some formal occasion. The brands that
which showcase in the fashion show are more popular and famous such as Gucci,
Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Bottega Veneta.

Paris fashion
week
Paris is known as the fashion capital of
the world and holds the finale position in the fashion show tour. Paris Fashion
Week originated in 1910 and it is outstanding where it including difference
special from difference countries. High-end French designers include: Christian
Dior, Coco Chanel, and Louis Vuitton along with many more stunningly talented
designers. Typically, Paris has some of the most extravagant shows, especially
with Paris Couture Week. The designs as well as the decoration of the runway
and venue are extremely unique and creative. The haute couture of all the
brands is only release in Paris.
